Opal uses fresh natural ingredients produced locally

All locations serve natural burgers and chicken breasts & cook with only trans-fat free oils.

Opal's strives to use as many local and natural ingredients as possible. Some of our products include locally raised natural chicken from East Poultry Co., Bratwurst from Smokey Denmark, and fresh roasted coffee from Texas Coffee Traders. Local desserts from Amy's Ice Cream and Capital Sweets. Fresh Bread from New World Bakery, chips and tortillas from El Lago.

  Topped with leaf lettuce, tomato, pickles and red onion. Served with mustard and mayo.

  Bacon, guacamole, pico de gallo, shredded cheddar and chipotle mayo on your choice of bun.

  Grilled onions, melted Swiss and pepper jack cheese on grilled rye bread with chipotle mayo.
• The Newport Club
